Hands Off Our Vote: March for Democracy

In Minnesota, we are proud to consistently lead the nation in voter turnout and smooth election systems. This year, we expect that to be no different.

But some people in power are working to undermine our free and democratic elections to silence our voices.  We know many Americans have already experienced voting being made harder, and some people have even proposed more extreme plans to undermine or stop votes being counted.

As we vote in record numbers this year, we need to prepare ourselves to ensure every vote is counted because in Minnesota, we believe that voters, not those in power, decide who will represent us.

That's why we are preparing early to demonstrate our commitment to democracy and free elections. Join us on Saturday, November 7th to celebrate our democracy, and if needed, stand up to demand those in power count every vote.

Program:

  • Start to gather at St. Paul College at 11AM

  • March to the Minnesota Capitol at 12PM

  • Rally at the Minnesota Capitol at 1PM
